All CCF Cadets regardless of their parent service study and complete a variety of common activities. These include military specific topics such as: principles of marksmanship; navigation; camouflage & concealment; military knowledge; drill; field craft and more generic life skills such as: teambuilding; leadership skills; first aid; bicycle and vehicle maintenance.
Cadets also have the opportunity to take part in exciting outdoor activities such as, mountain biking; climbing; high ropes; abseiling; canoeing; hillwalking and expeditions. Cadets can also access the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme and gain HSE recognised first aid qualifications.
Whilst taking part in all these exciting activities, Cadets can also work towards other nationally recognised qualifications.
