Internet Safety Week

Over the last few weeks your child will have been accessing information in their Life Skills lessons about how to stay safe online.

E-Safety is not about stopping children and young people from enjoying the benefits of digital technology, it’s about teaching them skills in order for them to communicate safely online, educating them on the risks and encouraging them to keep themselves safe online - to have fun safely.

We thought it might be useful for parents to see a selection of some of the resources they may have been shown. We have also included some websites which may be of interest to you now, or in the future, about how, as parents, you can help your child to use the internet safely.
