Year 7 student, Lilly, from our Ruskington Campus won 1st place in a recent Space Poster Competition held by The National Space Centre in Leicester. Her poster will now be displayed inside a brand new dedicated education building called ‘The Pod’ which has just been opened at the museum. As part of her reward, she was invited, along with her form group, to tour the Nation Space Centre, and take part in a number of interactive activities, which included a trip to space in the Sir Patrick Moore Planetarium. Everyone had a fabulous day, and we would certainly recommend a visit if you get a chance. Well done Lilly.
