Parking - Our Public Services students will provide car park assistance when you arrive.
Leaving / student safety - if you need to leave at the end of the school day, 3.30pm is the end of lessons and we will have a large number of students leaving our campus. For everyone’s safety we politely request that you do not attempt to leave the car park until 3.45pm or until directed to do so by our Public Services students. As you exit the Academy, please turn right on to Westgate and follow the one way system through Sleaford.
Students - Students can be quite shy so please don’t be afraid to approach them if they aren’t approaching you. St George’s Academy students will be provided with a work book to help guide them around all exhibitors.
Signing in / out - Once you have parked, please make your way to our Reception area where our student ambassador team will assist you with signing in, issuing your lanyard and escorting you to your exhibition hall.
Leaving campus during the day - We hope you will not need to leave the campus during the day. However, should you need to do so, please find one of our Student Stewards who will be circulating in each exhibition hall and they will escort you back to Reception to sign out. Once at either of the school gates, you will need to press the intercom to be let out, buzz again to be let back in and then go back to Reception to sign back in and make your way back to your exhibition hall.
Smoking - There is no smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes permitted anywhere on our campus.
Fire Alarm - In the unfortunate event of the fire alarm sounding, please evacuate the building and make your way to the side of where you parked at the front of the Academy where a register will be taken.

Workbooks - St George’s Academy students will all have a workbook and 6th form students may have a CV with them. We will be running a competition for the most engaged students so we would be grateful if you could stamp in the relevant place in the workbook to show a student has engaged with you. Stamps will be provided on the day. Year 10 & 11 Workbook 6th Form Workbook
