Safeguarding
The Academy functions with safeguarding as a priority. All staff are trained regularly and very clear procedures are in place as stated in our policy.
The Academy follows the Lincolnshire Safeguarding Board and have close relationships with all agencies.
Students are guided through our Life Skills programme to be aware of dangers and encouraged to talk.
