Miss Topps, Mr Craddock, Mr De la Ronde and their families have been doing their bit to support the NHS. They have been creating masks for the NHS with 100 made so far. They have also been working with local schools, Lincoln University and Lincoln Hospital to design and develop 3D printed adapters for ventilators. Mr Craddock is currently developing a workable design to create the most efficient print.
Our Design and Technology department is incredibly proud to be able to work together with schools across the whole country to support our heroes in the NHS.
A huge thank you from everyone at the Academy.
Along side this we are pleased to announce that we were able to donate 1300 acetate sheets to Rolls Royce who are using them to manufacture safety visors for NHS staff.
