Receptionist / Reprographics
Salary: NJC Scale 2, pts £18,065 to £18,426 (actual)
Consideration will be given to Scale 3 (£18,795 to £19,171) dependent on the experience of the successful candidate
Contract Basis: The post is offered on a permanent basis
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Closing Date: 9am on Monday 2 December 2019

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Receptionist / Reprographics Assistant to be responsible for all the reprographics and to assist with the efficient and effective running of the very busy Reception at the Sleaford Campus. 

The successful applicant will have excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills and provide assistance to all visitors, callers and staff.

You will be required to have knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office, in particular MS Word, Excel, Outlook. You should also have experience of providing administrative support in a busy environment.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ2 Level in Business Administration or equivalent qualification in a related area or have the ability to demonstrate equivalent relevant experience.

We are looking for an individual who demonstrates accountability, ownership of work duties and activities and carries them out with accuracy, integrity and customer focus.

St George’s Academy is a large, successful, 11-18 mixed secondary school of 2,200 students (including 331 in the sixth form and 452 on our Ruskington Campus) with outstanding facilities in all areas. The Academy serves Sleaford, Ruskington and the surrounding Lincolnshire villages. The Academy is rated ‘good’ by Ofsted and has secured three consecutive years of positive Progress 8.

APPRENTICE FINANCE ASSISTANT
Contract Basis: 37 Hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.00 pm
12-18 month apprenticeship
Salary National Apprentice Rate: £3.90 per hour

We are seeking to appoint an Apprentice Finance Assistant, undertaking a Level 2 Business Administration qualification in partnership with Lincoln College.  A Level 3 role would also be considered, dependent on the experience of the successful candidate.

You will support the Finance Officer with administrative duties around the Academy finances, School Fund, SCITT and Parent Pay.

Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office, in particular MS Word, Excel, Outlook is essential.

INVIGILATORS REQUIRED
Salary £8.21 per hour
Hours – by arrangement
Casual Worker Agreement

We are seeking to recruit reliable and highly organised individuals to assist with public examinations.

Responsibilities will include greeting and seating candidates, distribution and collection of examination papers, invigilation of examination sessions and ensuring compliance with exam board regulations at all times.

The hours would be by arrangement throughout the examination seasons.
